• Carriers: All orders are shipped via UPS or Purolator. We work closely with both carriers to ensure that your order is processed and delivered in a timely manner.
• Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery estimates are provided at the time of purchase and are subject to UPS and Purolator transit times, which may occasionally be affected by external factors.

Refund & Claim Policy

Due to our reliance on UPS and Purolator shipping services, the following policies apply to delays or issues with order delivery:

• Ground Order Delays:
  Refunds will not be issued if a ground order is delayed. UPS and Purolator service policies do not permit refunds for delays in their ground shipping processes.
  
  
• Weather-Related Delays:
  In the event that adverse weather conditions impact delivery, resulting in shipping delays, no refunds will be provided. These delays are beyond the control of PolarTransfers, UPS, and Purolator, and as such, are not eligible for reimbursement.
• UPS Claim Denials:
  If UPS or Purolator does not accept a claim regarding a shipping delay or issue, PolarTransfers will not be able to issue a refund. Our policies align with each carrier’s terms, which do not accommodate refunds under these circumstances.
